While I was still in training, i did a subcut injection in front of my supervisor, needle went in, i could push the syringe nicely with no pressure, supervisor asked if that was in, i said yes, and the next second, a stream of fluidnwent straight through the other side of the skin tent, we all bursted out laughing 😂
