Ingredients for making Turkish delight:
4 cups (805g) sugar
1 1/2 cups (355ml) water
2 3/4 cups (650ml) water
3 tsp lemon juice
1 1/4 cup (150g) cornstarch
1 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp rose water
1 1/2 tsp strawberry extract
1 1/2 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp salt
8-10 drops red food coloring
1/2 cup (95g) chopped pistachios
1/2 cup (56g) powdered sugar
1/4 cup (30g) cornstarch
