Don't break the pasta. Don't dump boiling water down your drain without running cold water, your PVC pipes are plastic. Don't pour grease down the drain either, it'll clog. Other than that, YUM! 😋

I left the rendered fat/grease and cooked them with the sauce. I also added ground black pepper, paprika, and some cayenne to the mix.
