So which routine did Elise pick as the hardest? Drumroll please: Phase 4, Week 8: Cardio Blend. Elise you do make me laugh! How do you teach without losing breath but when you follow yourself you're like us! And I love your dog helping out! Ha ha my cat likes to head boop my ankles when I'm trying to releve! Anyway you're a great teacher and I love how you inspire us when it feels so tough and you just want to stop. 8 more!! Thank you!

I loved herself almost mad at her past self for not giving herself a break.

It's why I love these workouts. Its inspiring to preview what week 8 will look like.

i love how cut she is. I wish she would give her own specific nutrition advice and not the general one thats included in beachbody. she looks so different from everyone else in her class.

I just turned 65, broken foot and back surgery. I recently lost 30 plus pounds. This is my 3rd week on week one. Getting stronger before I move onto week 2. I might start Monday or do 1 more of week one before I move on. Hey, I am getting there just a little slower, but getting stronger with evey workout

I love Barre Blend workouts and I finished 4th week but I have a horrible low back pain !!! It’s very surprising as I never had this doing other programs T25, Insanity, Insanity30 max, 21 days Fix, Brazil Butt lift, and many others. I did my research and there are many other people having this problem. I’m very sad 😢 I will try yoga lower back stretching to see if it helps.
