The Strongest Horses In the World. Draft Horses !!!

All horses are strong. This is a fact that cannot be disputed. Any horse can move 1000 or even 1500 kilograms.
However, there are horses that can move even dozens of tons.
We present to your attention large and massive, strong and hardy horses.

For those of you who don't know, the horses LOVE pulling and working. Before you claim they do not, please go and work with them. They were bred for this purpose and love it, they love working so much, that many will die if completely retired. They have to be given work to do, and will do it with pride and love.

The very best horse I ever owned was a Shire & Quarter horse cross! He stood 16 & 1/2 HH, 2, 000 pounds & was absolutely the best saddle horse in the world with the long distance endurance like I've never seen before! I can't think of a time when he even breathed hard when I was working him! He could drag literally anything I ever hooked him up to including an extremely reluctant 2, 000 pound bull!!
He just put his head down & dug in, that bull came along instantly!!
One winter my tandem horse trailer got stuck in the snow being pulled behind my grandfather's pickup truck coming up the mountain dirt driveway to my house. We unhooked it from the truck & brought my horse out & hooked him up to the trailer, without so much as a strained look on his face he pulled that trailer right up the road into the yard!
I won that bet with my grandfather that day too!!!
Anytime after that all I had to say to my grandfather was 'I'll bet my horse can pull that out!', my grandfather just quietly agreed with me!!

I'm from Belgium and my uncle who was a farmer had 14 Belgian draft horses to work on the field and they were so powerfull .But working with these horses was no joke, you realy had to learn the skills .

My dad was born in 1900, he kept 2 teams of Morgans for the farm work until he was 70... I remember seeing them pull a semi with a gravel loaded 28' aluminum trailer out of the ditch...

Seems to me that most of these horse are cheaper possibly than tractors, and can go where tractors can't. Wonderful horses!

My grandpa, who's a German in America, said that they always had Percherons when he was younger. The Amish use Belgians, which are bigger and stronger. But my Grandpa says that the Percherons worked at a much faster pace, and they ate less, so they were actually a better horse to have, especially during the Depression. Interesting that a German would prefer a French horse, but I guess practicality rules. Very Cool Video here.

According to current thinking, dog is man's best friend. I have never believed that. Horse is mans best friend and has been for over a thousand years. Where would we be without the horse! These horses show why there is such a thing, even to this day, as HORSEPOWER!

A Percheron horse is by far the largest horse I've ever been in the same room with. Surprisingly patient horses for being so big.

Lifting all that weight only makes the horse stronger. They are probably fed better than most humans. lol

Went to Jamaica a long time ago, did the horse ride through the country side and ocean.
I was within the weight limit to ride, but barely, ended up on a farm horse, they told me he wouldn't even know i was on his back and id have to be firm to ger him to turn and get him to go bc he was used to pulling well over 500lbs behind him.
I was literally @6'4" 250 lbs and nothing to this creature and all the breeds on this list were as or well stronger, cannot imagine.

My choice of horse in Red Dead Redemption 2. They're not the fastest or fittest for endurance but they can wade through very deep water and foliage whilst providing a very clear view of surroundings.
