Kangaroo meat needs to be served rare to prevent it being tough and inedible.
Tapeworms are most commonly spread by eating rare meat, can live in your body for 25 years and can infect even your brain.
NO kangaroos are farmed but rather, are shot in the wild so they are not drenched for parasites.
