The Peeps are back in Westminster!

A popular Carroll County art show is getting quite a bit of attention as it returns for 2018. "The Peep Show" is back in Westminster at the Carroll Arts Center. It's a world-famous show that challenges visitors to expand their artistic pallet. There are masterpieces that need tools like scissors and a hot glue gun for a medium tricky to work with: marshmallow Peeps.
