Hi all. I'm not able to check all of the videos you're saying aren't feeding through from TMDB to Letterboxd. BUT the most common mistake I'm seeing when I can check is when they ask if it's a Video - NO, it isn't.

Check your TMDB Primary Facts
Movie Status = Released
Adult Movie = No
Convert To Collection = No
Video = No

How do you add a background banner to the Letterboxd page for your short? The one I added to the TMDB page won't appear on LB despite the poster appearing, or is there another way of achieving that?

About the backdrops or the banner image. I don't understand why there are movies that have it. But in the case of SOME short films, and also in the case of mine it dosen't appear in letterboxd. We only can see the poster but not the banner that other motion pictures have. Any suggestions to fix it?
