3 days in Milos island / Τρεις Μέρες στη Μήλο (5.2017)

Milos is another beautiful island in the western part of Cyclades group. It is famous for the statue of Aphrodite (the "Venus de Milo", now in the Louvre). Worth to check the main villages (Adamas, Plaka) but also some smaller ones (Trypiti, Klima) some nice beaches (Sarakiniko is great for photos), inspiring views, some museums (Mining Museum outside Adamas but also the archaeological and folklore museums in Plaka), some nice churches, an ancient roman theatre and the early-christian catacombs. Spend at least two days and try to do the circle tour with a local boat, the only way to see some great beaches that you cant reach by car (eg. the impressive Kleftiko).
