Chef Thittid Tassanakajohn or "Ton" is the proprietor of Bangkok's Le Du. I met Ton back in 2015 for the first season of Maximum Foodie, and was floored with his creativity and cuisine. We stayed in touch, and fast forward 5 years later, I wanted to do a FULL episode about Ton and his story at Le Du. I knew he would be getting a Michelin star (which he did in 2019) and I knew his restaurant would be creeping up Asia's 50 best list and also cropping up as one of the best in Thailand.
