Pokemon Cosplay: Do you Even Splash Bro?

Short video of our Pokemon cosplays that we made for a cosplay masquerade. Yes, this was made during this plague, but we made it at 6 am when there was barely anyone else around on the beach so we were being safe. We recommend that you don't try to break boards at home. We have been trained to break them and yes they made out of real wood.

Long explanation ahead of why there's been no content:

Okay so it's been over a year since we've posted anything and that's mainly due to two things. One, everyone is now in college and have jobs making it hard for everyone to get together and edit everything. Also Shelby was a film major so he was busy making and editing other non-cosplay films and he was severely (and still kinda is) burnt out. However after a pretty bad project blunder, other students being, well, terrible and corresponding depression (like bad) Shelby left the film major and went into Business Admin. He's still recovering but this his the first video he's filmed and edited in 6 months. We do have raw footage for other videos that we've filmed so maybe he'll have the energy to edit them and post them eventually.

Two, Shelby and others have gotten into the Masquerade circuit making competition cosplays. These take months to make and are very time consuming. For example, the cosplays in this video were made FROM SCRATCH and took eight months to make. Shelby cut vinyl and hand sewed it on to create the gyarados on the back and the front. The jacket Arron is wearing (you'll see him more once we upload newer videos) is made from 27 pieces of vinyl and was dragged behind a car for a few hours to make it look worn down. Anyway, those cosplays have won a few awards and now we are working on new ones. Maybe we'll make videos of those since they are going to be pretty cool.

I'm just glad you guys are okay! Honestly I got concerned because y'all are amazing, look at those cosplays you could walk on stage right now with them they look absolutely amazing you guys are correct Competition Cosplays let alone Masquerade ones take so much time and patience. You guys do what you need to, and stay safe during this Covid situation see your content whenever Shelby feels like he is up to editing I will be waiting patiently.
