When you see trusses without plywood on them, you see a roof that was not secured properly. The tornado may have just ripped the entire house down, but instead it pulled the plywood off of the trusses. I could understand if it broke the plywood and pieces were still nailed to the trusses. Instead, the plywood is gone because it was in adequately attached. Chances are the inspectors missed everything because all little extra action they got. It happens everywhere. I build a home, and when the electrical inspector came to do the electrical inspection the only question he asked me was how many outlets and switches do you have in this house, he never looked at anything. He charge based on how many outlets and switches we had. Fortunately, I had high class electrical workers doing the job and they were completely certified. And that wasn’t in your state it was in Pennsylvania.
