There was never and never will be another Mary Tyler Moore. One class act. Full of compassion, brilliant, funny, pretty and the best! Nobody compares and nobody ever will.

Mary Tyler Moore WAS that good. Worth those kinds of accolades. What a talent. I love how completely surprised Ms. Winfrey was. It's just adorable!

This is Priceless I adored Mary Tyler Moore growing up watched her with my parents every week and in reruns then Bought all the DVD sets of all7 Seasons of her show . I honestly believe Oprah wasn’t expecting Mary too come walking out . The Producers obviously were able to get Mary to come and surprise the heck out of Oprah . The look on Oprah’s face is Priceless . Really miss you Dear Mare😢 RIP Mary Tyler Moore 1936-2017 Died of Complications from Type 1 Diabetes. Age 80. 🕊️🕊️💐💐😔😔😢✝️✝️🌺🌼

Mary Tyler Moore was such a lady. Very humbled and very, honest. We lost a truly great entertainer and lady when we lost, Mary.

I grew up with this Oprah. I wish she still existed. Loved Mary Tyler Moore as a young boy.

I love how Oprah keeps glancing at Mary like she can't believe she's really there. What a great moment.

It's so strange, in a good way, to see a huge celebrity get starstruck!

given my own background and where I was raised "East of the River" Washington DC, one might say "well, did you watch Good Times?"...well, yea I did. But it was not one of my favorite shows at all. My favorite tv shows during the time that the MTM Show aired, was her show and 'Love American Style"....my parents thought it was so funny and fascinating that I didnt like the shows that I actually identified with more. I wanted to know about why she lived in Minneapolis and not Los Angeles...and I loved her co workers (Ted Knight, Ed Asner and Georgia Engel). It was one of the coolest tv shows around and she was ahead of her time.

For those of you commenting how much you don’t like Oprah, who cares? You literally came to the video and watched. Meanwhile Oprah couldn’t care less. Enjoy the clip or move along.

Some are stating Oprah isn't genuine here, but this is a true reaction. Also, she did the right thing not talking because your first words are usually something stupid. EXample: When I was assigned to the Pentagon, one of my jobs was to observe newscasts for my commanding officer. One day I'm in a "fast food" restaurant at Union Station and I recognize the guy behind me. Shocked, I immediately blurted out "Do you know who you are?!!" He calmly responded "oh, just some guy ordering a sandwich at Potbelly's." We both laughed but it made me realize I'd better get a grip. Working in DC you're bound to run into news people and politicians so you'd best get used to seeing them. BTW, the "celeb" was Anderson Cooper.
