Tovino Thomas, Krithi Shetty Exclusive: On ARM, Nepotism, Kantara, Hema Committee Report | N18V

Tovino Thomas and Krithi Shetty's ARM (Ajayante Randam Moshanam) directed by Jithin Lal is currently running in cinemas across India. In an exclusive conversation with CNN-News18 Showsha's Titas Chowdhury, the actors talk about the challenges of making the film, how grateful they're to have Hrithik Roshan, Nani and Lokesh Kanagaraj launching the teasers of the film in other languages and navigating through the nepotistic Malayalam and Telugu film industries. The duo also share their stance on the Hema Committee Report and the positive consequences it can have and being inspired by the likes of Mohanlal, Mammootty and Alia Bhatt. Krithi Shetty has less screen space, but that character is wonderful. She was like Ajayan's support system in the whole movie, when even his mother and the whole village was against him. Their chemistry was sooo good in the movie and Krithi's character seems soft, but powerful in a way. She never gave up on Ajayan.

Even though Krithi has less screen time, she lit up screen all the time with her magical beauty and aura. She was nothing less than a treat to eyes. All her scenes in the film with that Kerala traditional half saree felt really aesthetic. We want more Krithi Shetty movies in Malayalam.
