i've fallen into a depressive episode and i've locked myself in my room for days now, not wanting to be around my family and i felt so lonely. this brought tears to my eyes, it was as if karuna was talking to me and i feel heard. i was beating myself up for feeling this way and i'm now able to accept my darker days in hopes of brighter days to come. thank you, karuna.
