I would do a clover lawn!!! You don’t really need to mow it but if you want it’s fast and doesn’t hold lines so it can be messy and still look good, it also needs hardly any water and is super soft, if you don’t have an HOA I highly recommend It would be a gorgeous backdrop for the glosses :)

Good for you buying your first house at 20!! Be careful with the artificial turf and dogs. It does have the tendency to get hot for their paws, water it down before they go potty. Also, it does have the tendency to stink as well from their urine so you do need to clean it too.

But I get it, they do take some maintenance. You should definitely add some flowers back in. A collection of large pots with varying heights always looks very pretty, and depending on your planting zone, I bet you can plant some really great perennials in your pots.

Your yard looks AMAZING! Great job! Can you come help me with my backyard??? 😂 When they built our home they landscaped the front yard but not the back. We thought, no biggie, we can throw some grass seed and next summer (now) we will have grass! Not! The problem was, when they cleared the lot, they took off all the decent soil. We are left with hard, dry ground (my husband calls it “hard pan”) You can’t dig in it, it’s full of rocks and unfortunately debris from the builder and other workers (nails, plastic, wood, siding, concrete, etc.) it was a mess! So we are having to start from scratch. But we will get there, eventually!

Get a covered playpen/dog house or something so brownie dosent get into something again and the other dogs can have a safe space to play. And get a good lock for the fence and maybe make it a bit taller so the dogs don't jump it
