In this final video of our four-part series, Rito talks to Rhiannon Mackie who was part of the communications team for the Wellington School Strike for Climate syndicate. She talks about her experience in helping organise one of the largest protests to Parliament of 2019– all led by youth.

OK when there lots of you, OK when it is a topic everybody wants to talk about NOT OK when you are a civil society activist artist in the area of mental health/ACC care for abuse victims & civil rights of Kiwi poor. Not OK when nobody wants to protest about abusive mental health processes, policies, talk BS therapies, OECD leading rates of domestic abuse and child suicide. When I go myself and sing, recite poetry and tell these people in power I know they are corrupt and I know how much they hate abuse victims and poor locals. I was illegally and violently removed from parliament for a non-violent protest. Terrorised by police - still terrorised by police, illegally locked in an abusive psych ward as a political prisoner. Illegally medicated for six months until I could get a doctor and lawyer to stop them. They drugged me after staff drove a woman to suicide and then lied to cover it up. Abused me, stole my things, terrorised me, then deprived me of services they had promised. Still not allowed to see a doctor and can't get a lawyer - nobody can get a lawyer - WHERE ARE MY CIVIL RIGHTS FROM FOUNDATION WESTMINSTER LAWS LIKE WESTMINSTER STATUTE THE 1ST AND MAGNA CARTA. All these rights are being ignored and violated, why is NOBODY taking govt to court about that. IT IS ILLEGAL in New Zealand to advance rich people by stealing from, exploiting and persecuting rest of us!

Shining a light on literal children; so young they couldn't know what they believe if they read the book from the men their beliefs came from.

Effective propaganda from the ones who actually planned this though, well done to them.
