Mixing a track with Neutron 4 AI assistant from iZotope

I wrote a simple demo to test the new AI Mix assistant in Neutron 4.

I recorded some guitars for this after a long while :) takes are not perfect… but after a an hour of laying down tracks my fingers literally started to bleed so I took what I had 😬

As for the mix I just added Neutron 4 to all the tracks, clicked learn on the Assistant TAB and left the plugin to do its magic. The whole Mix took 5 minutes to setup. Master is done with Ozone 9 AI Assistant as well.

DISCLAIMER: I still think that nothing can replace a good experienced mix engineer if you want to have a professional result! BUT as for producing demos and things like this YouTube video where hiring a good engineer is out of the budget (if you don't have the chops), tools like this raise the bar!!
+ It can also be a good productivity tool, setting up a solid ground to polish the mixes further and speeding up the process.

MIX: iZotope Neutron 4 (except the solo part, used some other plugins on that track)
MASTER: iZotope Ozone 9 + Gullfoss
