I just went through first deployment with a great company. I did not have any Xactimate training ahead of this and even as a desk adjuster it was quickly evident that it should have been done ahead of deploying. I strongly suggest learning it first. I now know what I don't know and will pick up this skill asap. Maybe the real world experience will give me an edge now in Xactimate training. Short of it all " take action learn Xactimate and set yourself apart. "

Just got off deployment in Louisiana. I had help writing all my claims, but need to learn!

I went to the exact to make class I just recently got my adjuster's license my all lines adjusters license here in Texas but the exact mate is so confusing it's almost scary.
