Ikura Rice🐟🍚

Homemade salmon roe rice is so good!
◾︎Ingredients
-Sujiko (salmon roe)
-Yuzu citrus
-Rice
-Salt
-Cooking Sake
-Mirin
-Soy sauce
-Hot water

◾︎How to make Ikura
・Run Sujiko through the grate
・Rinse in hot water at 70℃ to prevent anisakis
・Rinse the thin skin off with hot water at 60℃
・Sprinkle salt
・Season with equal amount of sake, mirin, and soy sauce
・Marinate for about 20 minutes

自家製いくらご飯が美味すぎる☺️
◾︎材料
•筋子
•柚子
•ご飯
•塩
•料理酒
•みりん
•醤油
•お湯

◾︎いくらの作り方
•網で筋子をこす
•70℃のお湯でアニサキス対策
•60℃のお湯で薄皮を綺麗に掃除
•塩を振り混ぜる
•酒1みりん1醤油1で味付け
•20分程漬け込む

I like Ikura served as gunkan nigiri (the little boat shape with nori wrapped around) with a few paper-thin slices of cucumber added.
