Woman found shot, doll set on fire at home in Heights area

The woman is expected to be OK. At this point, no suspects are in custody. A neighbor was able to keep the fire from spreading.

It is so dangerous in Houston. I don't go out, because I'm scared. When you are out at night, it can be very last night alive. That's why I stay home after 7pm. I heard gunshots every night.

That 3ft doll sounds like a "voodoo doll" and the fact it was burnt lets me know that this was voodoo, there's a lot of occultic activities that have been and are happening in the South but most people don't even know this. This is sad though, I just hope the person that got shot is okay and I pray they make a speedy recovery INYHN Amen.
