The little things like Sonic shrugging and Starved eating what looks to be Amy or some type of flicky before speaking really just adds to it

I like how Sonic is kinda portrayed in his adventure arc, he taunts robotnik when his robot fails but when robotnik starts laughing absolutely crazy Sonic knows he needs to take this situation seriously. you can see his expression for a split second when the camera pans down and you can see he looks terrified and confused as to what robotnik just said. Great detail love, your work can’t wait for the mod

Okay as it seems that everyone's asking some questions, so here they are:

Q: *"What is starved eating?"*
A: Starved is eating Amy
The darker color palette was because her bright colors didnt match the current scenario, and since she was burnt to be eaten I decided to keep the colors more gray-ish

Q: *"Can I play this? Will this get ported?"*
A: This is getting ported! Eventually tho, can't give details :P

Q: *"I liked Furnace's old design"*
A: I tried to go for more "accurate" on the style of the sprites, re-using color palettes from the classic sonic games, adding the checkerboard dithering pattern to the sprites, etc.
The ported version won't have my design as the Team that's working on it it's using the default ones

I can't wait to see this fully done. The way you portrayed Sonic with the shrug and Starved eating something before Sonic interrupted him was top notch. ESPECIALLY on the laugh part

I like how it looks like Sonic saw Amy’s corpse, based on how shocked he looked... which would explain why he *immediately* stops joking and starts taking this very, VERY seriously.

I love how Furnace is literally "running out" of fuel and just kinda stops and falls backwards, something about how you animated that AND the eyes being dimmer with no large burst of flame coming from the back makes this amazing

These animations are really good! Sonics character is portrayed here better than the sonic games themselves... Which ain't saying much, but it's worth noting.

You should've been on the mod team my man. Since Starved takes place presumably during Sonic CD and after Sonic 1, I think this fits spectacularly. Amazing work and I love the dedication! ❤👋

Starved definitely deserved a new animation for this cutscene, since the old one wasn't made for his new line in prey 2.0
