Chicken Tractor - Grass Progression

The chicken coop I built is a movable chicken tractor. It takes about ~10 mins but we can jack it up, put wheels on it, and move it using a dolly (or hand truck). For the past few weeks we’ve been plying around with how often we need to move it so it the chickens don’t kill the grass and make the yard look too bad. Tonight I took a look back at the spots where it has been for the past few weeks. After moving it the grass looks worse off for a few days but after about a week and a bit of water it starts to look greener than the surrounding area.
