Did you have a happy childhood? 

Camila, a maid for a wealthy family, saw the lady of the house feeding her step-daughter scraps of her own food. She bought a proper meal for the girl, but Harper forbade her from giving it to the kid. The woman shouted at Camila, saying that she was the girl’s mother and decided what she ate. While the two were arguing, the lady’s husband showed up. Harper’s demeanor suddenly changed. She was very gentle with the little girl, faking love for her.

She asked to talk to her spouse in private. Once alone, Harper asked him to fire the maid, claiming she’d been mistreating their daughter. And she apparently had proof of that.

The first episode explores the wicked step mother trope. I never saw this episode before, but it quickly sets up the scene of abuse and the power dynamic of the household. It also shows that everyone in the family is severely myopic and can barely see anything beyond their noses. This was a great 4 minute video and everyone lived happily ever after. The second video was a bit more lengthy and I did see it before. I remember it as longer and not as intense. The entire video is dominated by the elderly actor that played the racist adoption againt and Don Allen as the applicant father. He says some powerful lines in this video, like his apology to the racist woman. This is another entertaining compilation that contains messages to those that watch it. Thank you DramatizeMe.

Why couldn't the girl have told her father that her step-mother was barely feeding her? Why is it in so many videos that an innocent person is always punished for a crime they didn't even commit?

10:54 'If I had known your were a cop, It doesn't F#@%ing matter if he is a cop or not. Doesn't matter, if they're a teacher, or a doctor, or a businessman, or just an average joe. If they haven't commited a crime that would prevent them from doing it, and show they would show a child the love and care they deserve, they should be allowed to adopt. Doesn't matter if they have a different skin color, regardless of their job.
