Paying the Price for Walking in Power and Purity

1. Persecution is the price for walking in power. (2 Tim 2v3; Mark 10v30)
2. Not experiencing persecution is an exception, not a promise. (2 Tim 3v12; John 15v18-21)
3. Persecution weeds out compromising Christians. (Matt 13v20-21; 1 Peter 1v6-7)
4. Suffering for stupid decisions in not persecution.
5. We are commanded to rejoice, but not to retaliate when we are persecuted. At the same time, we must stand up for our rights while we still have them. (Acts 22v25)
6. To avoid persecution all you have to do is compromise or be a cowardly Christian. (Rev 21v7-8)

My father told me I was going to hell, because I left a false religion as a young person. I am now 53. I am struggling because I will not just expect what some people believe. I will follow the Bible only. My roommate causes me many problems and I don't have the money to move. God is still good and I will not be moved.

I’m a Men’s discipleship teacher and I’m getting hammered and persecuted from every direction because I’m calling men to obey the Will of the Father like Christ did regardless of what is said to them. Teaching them to not listen to Jezebel teachings and to be men of God who love unconditionally but also stand firm in The Word. I’m being persecuted by Church “Leaders” and even family. All because I remind all to filter everything through scripture. Thank you for this message Pastor. I just needed a reminder of what I already knew.

Brother's and Sister's Trust God when you pray it really works. He said all we need to do is to ask in prayers. I really love the part where Vlad says “be crazy for Jesus “. There is actually a Bible verse 2Corinthians 5:13 “If it seems we are crazy, it is to bring glory to God. And if we are in our right mind, it is for your benefit.” So that is a Bible verse I recently found, and I felt it defined my life so well because when it comes to Jesus and me, it’s really crazy good✝️❤️ to Jesus, be the glory and the praise💕
