When I click the friends for life it does nothing's just stays at the menu

Meh; the dlc should either enlarged the existing map or opened up the subway and some of the blocked off neighborhoods....because the map is huge if Vito, Joe, etc. can roam the outskirts as well.

Hey i installed friends for life and for some reason it just blinks when i click it. Do you know if it has anything to do with me having free ride also installed. I had freeride on there before and now for some reason it has my old free ride. It just blinks when I click  free ride. And also all my progress, stories and collectibles are gone. Plz respond
