I literally, involuntarily muttered to myself “oh my god, he had a stroke” when the Biden clip started playing. He literally sounds like he’s having trouble forming words. This reaction came from my perspective as someone who has seen multiple great-aunts and uncles go through strokes. It would explain why they’ve been hiding him. Obviously his brain was struggling before he went MIA... they’re putting too much stress on this man. Someone help Joe.
