Prime Minister Mia Mottley delivers the 20th Annual Nelson Mandela Lecture

Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley says a Climate Trust is needed to pay for climate change mitigation anywhere across the globe. She delivers the 20th Nelson Mandela Annual Lecture under the theme - Social Bonding and Decolonisation in the Context of the Climate Crisis: Perspectives from the Global South, at the Durban International Convention Centre on Saturday.

Well put together speech, I'm happy that she mention some of past leaders from the Caribbean who help to liberate the struggles of South Africa in the apathide movement, yes all of us should agree that Michael Manley was the greatest Jamaican prime Minister who was a global leader, we salute the organizers of the mandela lecture, it's very important to keep reminding us how powerful and wise this man was, he was so humble.
