Just listen and look at 20:05, there we have something extraordinary, the way Clara-Jumi plays, the way she handles the difficulties of playing on more than one string, with such a masterhood. And the camera follows this playing very fine, thank you!

Even grumpy Ludwig must have a smile on his face after hearing such a wonderful performance. (I bet he can from where he is now).

I am absolutely sure Beethoven is playing with her every single note.

The camera director is a very alert one, concentrates on the violin, I like that a lot! Now I can see the fingers and the strings in direct contact, and how the strings react to the fingers and the bow. It is a story about nearness.

Stunning, simply stunning. I saw her in Poole, UK a few months ago and she was just so wonderful. Great video work also by the way - the close ups of her fingers on the strings are spellbinding.

One of my favorite pieces by Beethoven. I like this version a lot. I also like Hillary Hahn. My first 20 or so times listening to this was the great Isthak Perlman. This is about my 80th time listening to this incredible piece of music. I used to listen to it before going on photo gigs. Just AWESOME! Beethoven did it again!

A Master Class in all of the disciplines. This is how it is done. The flawless orchestra and conductor were at their best. Ms Kang played with enormous passion and skill. I have never seen comparable camera work on this venu, and the sound is excellent. Bravissimo!!

I was mesmerized by her intelligent, brilliant, beautiful, graceful performance. The orchestra is most outstanding and so is the conductor.

This violin concerto always amazes me how the soloist and orchestra perform in perfect harmony... and the cinematography is top-notch!

it's great to see the Warsaw s
Philharmonic Orchestra performing again, since I watched a performance held at the Fine Art Centre at Amherst in Massachusetts some 40 years ago, especially this time with the wonderful performance of Ms. Clara-Jumi Kang, listening to my favorite violin conceto.
