Beef Tips in a Mushroom Gravy

Cube your steak
Season with Excaliburs Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub
Add to an oiled pan and cook each side for about 3 minutes
Remove once fully cooked
Add 3 tbsps of butter to the pan
Add 1 package of sliced mushrooms
Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion
Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
Add 3 tbsps of flour
Add 1 and a 1/2 cups of beef broth and mix together
Let sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens
Add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Add your cubed steak and give one final mix
This goes best on mashed potatoes!
