France is allowing in fully vaccinated overseas visitors only if they received EU approved doses.

Yes, it's really frustrating for EU citizens vaccinated abroad (e.g. U.S.) with an EMA-approved vaccine that our countries won't provide us with EU digital Covid passes, especially now that more and more member states are using the passes for more than just travel.
