Pumpkin Pasta in the instant Pot

I used a 6 qt instant pot

Recipe

2 tbsp butter for sauté
3 garlic cloves
1 c onion
4 c water or broth
2 c pasta
1 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground sage
1 tsp Salt - I omitted because I added chicken bouillon
Crushed black pepper
2 c pumpkin purée
4 oz cream cheese ( room temp)

Doggone it. I wish I could eat pasta but it doesn't agree with me. I'd have to use spaghetti squash. LOL
