I just subscribed to your channel a couple of weeks ago..and have been binge watching every since.
I have always been in love with French cooking, and baking is my first love.

I will enrol next month but please promise me you will let me know also how to make coffee eclairs (just like the French ones) as well as the others because it is the main reason I will be enrolling. Ps love the look of the olive oil/almond cake, will be trying that tomorrow ;) 👩🏼‍🍳
