Those are great, if anyone wants to add a few more though, I have some additions:
Rain overhaul
Directional melee
Staggo's good visuals
显示boss身体 (improves how bosses look in the minimap)
Concise mods list
ParticleLibrary
heart crystal and life fruit glow
Advanced world generation (this changes worldgen to be more visually appealing, for example adds more varied cave generation. this is less of a visual thing but I thought I'd include it anyway)
Fancy lighting (use this with Lights and Shadow if you have a good PC)
Armanent display (this might conflict with directional melee or similar mods)
Dynamic Lights (optional if you dont like the other ones)
Better night sky
Calamity UI (this is another texture pack, not a mod)
Lastly, terraria overhaul adds some nice features but also changes a lot of other stuff in the game.

1:20 This actually kinda should be added (if you are close to a place with a moderate amount of an specific creature or condition you'll hear the ambience) along with better movement animation

Do other players need to install mods such as the lights and shadows mod, the torch ambience mod, and the terraria ambience mod for multiplayer to work? Or are those just client sided?
