The biggest thing growing up for me was flares with SHREDDED bottoms. If you didn't drag your long jeans on the sidewalk to get them to start shredding, they weren't cool. I'm not sure why all sleeves had to cover our hands and jeans needed to touch the ground. It was such a comfort thing though and I catch myself pulling on my sleeves still. Mid rise jeans make it so I don't have to pull down my tank top as much 😂
