Edith, if you have a GoodWill or Salvation Army nearby you can check to see if they have any Dictionaries or older Encyclopedias for sale. Some of their pages can be pretty cool, and if you distress/age them with ink they would be fabulous.
I LOVE this idea of handmade tickets. Like you said, I have seen similar for sale, but they did not say what I wanted or did not really fit my style. Never thought to make my own...genius!

These are awesome. I see them with journaling lines on some and added to a scrapbook page. I have made ATGs in the past but never used them in or on my projects, as I see with these tags. I love it. I really like that you do not need any special tools to make these even though I have lots of tools.
