The main thing for V5, not mentioned here, is that we will get better results from writing full and descriptive sentences, explaining exactly what we want and how we want it to look. 👍

Thank you for the 'no mockups' tip! Hadn't come across that. And to think this is v5 in its infancy.

Skin textures in v5 are _insanely_ improved! Anyone going for photorealism - you're going to be very, very pleasantly surprised. But, you'll have to be creative with the prompts and maybe enter cameras, type of lighting and other photography jargon.

Thanks for the mention, i've had to rethink the prompt I've been using on Version 5, on V4 it was amazing, However i find that the V5 generations are more Random... Will be Experimenting with the Prompts over time, however, i'm sure once i get it perfected, it'll be changed with V6 LOL

The aspect Ratio does work out for bookmarks, as I've generated some Amazing ones to sublimate onto bookmarks to sell in my partners shop.

Thanks for this great video. Please tell me if V5 improves image prompts so that the MJ-created image has artistic flair but looks more like the image or photo that was used as the image prompt. Thanks.

If you look at some of the art of Johan Grenier from the game Warhammer, he has some great epic battles between the armies of light and dark. Those sort of scenes might be a great use for the really wide aspect ratios.

Thank you for sharing this video. I have noticed on strange thing about V5. For some reason the notion of yinyang (or its spelling variations) has been deprogrammed from Midjourney v5. I think the following prompt will illustrate my point: yinyang made of dense red and white roses on lace
v4 does it beautifully, but v5 just has a strange interpretation of what a yinyang should look like. :)
Other than what I mentioned, I am loving the creativity and quality of v5.

ive taken an image that i knew was good, then stopped it at a point (maybe30ish) then combined it with the same image but fully rendered. think outside the box and you get same things people haven't thought of.

We can use image weight again :) --iw 1. It goes from 0.5 to 2

There is an option in v5 for quality 2 (also costs double). Does this have an impact on the image resolution and can it be done retrospectively?

for sticker art or vector style tshirt designs v5 has been a struggle. I have seen some go back to v4 for those.
