Thank you so much for this meaningful video! The lesson about stopping the need for validation from others really resonated with me. I used to place too much of my self-worth on what others thought of me, which made me feel anxious and insecure. Now, I’m learning to find value from within. But should we really ignore others' opinions in all situations, even when they are offering constructive feedback?
