Appreciate your videos! Idea for a new video that ties in with this one and the blood gas videos: how to look at blood gas and x ray to know which vent or oscillator settings to adjust (especially to do with babies you are weaning).

Your videos are so informative and have been helping me a lot, I appreciate them so much!! Can you discuss the topic of when a provider would choose to order platelets vs. cryo vs. FFP? That has never been clear to me.

Hello, Dr. Tala.
Love your content!
I just have a suggestion since you have a gift for teaching and making things look easy.
How about some cases studies? Like admitting a TTN case from day one till they are hopefully healthy and ok.
Like show us the fluids you calculated and the investigations you have done and day by day steps, of course with respect to patients privacy, so just to be more involved in your practical practice, you know some of us come from poor countries that don't have everything available so sometimes we are forced to ignore guidelines and at some point forget them.
So it would be very nice if you walk us through your experience.
Thank you again for all the videos.

Hello Dr.Tala
I must commend you for your efforts and you are doing a great service to the student community all over the world.
Iam a radiologist from India and you explain radiographs better than most radiologists over here.
I hope to meet you in USA one day and thank you in person.

Your videos are so helpful!

Am I right to think part of the left mediastinal silhouette in 14:00 is a normal thymus with a wave sign?

When you are discussing the amount of radiation a baby is receiving, is that a digital xray? Sorry this may be a dumb question .
