Tying a Mcfly foam (Glow Bug) egg

A friend of mine was having trouble tying eggs so I made this video to show him how I tie mine. I'm still learning too and my eggs are far from perfect. Just trying to hopefully help someone with a few helpful tips. Sorry for the poor video quality, I recorded it on my outdated phone. Also, after tying the egg, I secure the thread with a small amount of UV resin.
