IGM (Interessen Gemeinschaft Metall) is not and never was a partner of BBS or any company. Its a labour union of metal workers which most employees of large metal processing companies (Mercedes Benz, Thyssen Krupp, BMW etc) are part of. They negotiate collective barganing agreements with the CEO's of the metal industry. But they dont invest in any company.
