The archaeological site of Akrotiri is a partially preserved town dating back to the Middle Bronze Age, which was completely covered in volcanic ash during its existence. Tour through the amazing remnants of this ancient town, with some artifacts dating back thousands of years to the Neolithic Period. Truly a must see on this amazing Greek Isle, come to Santorini not only for the shopping and wine tasting, but for some amazing history as well.
