This is a beautiful piece but I must say the tile was GLORIOUS! I bet you started with way more negative space which allowed your cells to open and reveal their striking hues. I love most everything you do...not only for your gift but for you humor and your excitement with some of your amazing outcomes. I am sooo glad you are home and on a painting frenzy. 😉😅

I was going to ask you what you had to hock in order to buy that Aussie Red Violet! I bought the smallest I could get and still over $26!! I've been mixing up paint tonight and ah, I have all those colors though my Southern Ocean Blue is not mixed up yet but I have Dark Sea mixed which is a Global dark teal. BTW, the Jso Sonja website has their varnish on sale for $24/32oz! I bought 3 of them. ManI'm going through that stuff! Also, you probably know this but you can buy disposable shower caps on Amazon by the 100s that fit over that spinner. You can stock up on them in the hotels you stay in when you're traveling and see how you like them. Gosh this turned out amazing and make me want to go try it out right this minute.
