When I put my password in for the security thing it asks for my trusted phone number and idk what it is which is why I wanted to change it

Whenever I go into my password and security it asked me for my password for my apple and I put it in and it tells me too enter the code for my trusted phone number but I have no clue what the phone number is. My aunt gave me this and she gave it too a guy from apple and he reset the iPhone.
