How much manipulation is present? How vulnerable is Bitcoin to manipulation?

One thing you should've mentioned for gold is the counter party risk where you need to verify if it's actually gold or not.

Also you should talk about Binance seizing Palestinian Bitcoin on Israel's behest and the importance of not your keys not your Bitcoin.

Good review... but a common complaint (and I think it is valid) is that BTC's price can easily be controlled by large market participants (market price manipulation) ... BTC is bought OTC where it doesn't affect price and then even small amounts can be sold on exchanges to suppress price

People in the U.S. got so accustomed to things going generally as planned (due to being able to paper over the issues with the money printer) that it's hard for them to even imagine counter party risk.
