The animation is really neat, I absolutely love it. Your approach to every moment is really unique and interesting, really creative, animators like you are really talented and know their stuff.

Note: My explanation gets too deep and perhaps a little "nerdy", if you are willing to read, do so.

But I would add that Dio was the one to win, probably, I will put down many factors, the weaknesses and the advantages of both the characters.

As we know of it, Sukuna in this form isn't really that strong meaning that he does not have his peak power, while if we consider Dio, he too is technically not in his strongest form (Since Dio only ever had 30% control over Jonathan's body thanks to hamon obstruction, else Dio would have easily stomped Jotaro.). But Dio would have the absolute upper hand here-

Since Dio in this form has a speed of MFTL+ (Accurate speed), while Sukuna is somewhere around mach 30 or faster (A more accurate approach). Dio has way more strength even in this form, we know from the equation "The World = Star Platinum), a punch of Jotaro/his stand in Part 6 was equal to two huge meteors. To further reinforce, Jotaro took down a literal sun, yeah that enemy stand user. (But we must also keep in mind that the size of the sun was not explicitly mentioned)

A single blow from Dio to Sukuna is not enough to kill him, since Jogo literally threw a damn meteor at him and Sukuna was not even phased by it, the real struggle for Sukuna would come when he would have to deal with consecutive punches blowing at him at a speed faster than light itself, he would not be able to locate the punches either since they too fast for him. Dio might even consider blowing off Sukuna's head for fun.

"But what about his Domain Expansion?", yes Domain Expansion can potentially get rid of Dio, but it is to be kept in mind that Dio can stop time. If not, then he would play safe, just like how he did with Jotaro while throwing around knives in the air, not to mention he can use his stand remotely to about a radius of 20 Metre, yeah well remote stand would prob not help since Sukuna's Domain cooks in a radius of about 200 Metre.

In conclusion, Dio could, very much easily kill Sukuna since he has more strength, speed and the biggest factor, hax, like Ripple stingy laser eyes, that "moisture absorbing" technique. But for Dio to kill Sukuna, the only way to get rid of him is by blowing off his head, like literally scrambling off Sukuna's brain, which will take for Dio sometime to realise this. It really is an assured 80% chance for Dio to win, that is if he ever takes anything seriously 😂, one of the reasons why he lost to even Jotaro. Can't say that Sukuna takes everything seriously either, but he knows to maintain a balance, while Dio only likes to put himself to the test, play with his prey and try to come up with the most absurd and "creative" ways to hunt down the prey. He never considers how much power he has over his own body. I mean, put it like this, it really is stupid for a baby to try to run when he can't even walk properly, Dio literally has only 30% power over his body. I guess it serves him right for being the cocky and overconfident guy he really is.

Frankly there is no way I can complain about this. I like both characters, plus it really can go either way. That's what I really love about this animation, it was fair and did both characters justice. Dio can in fact win if he manages to blow sukuna's head off. Or basically just destroy his brain in a way or another. Though if he doesn't do this quickly it would inevitably go to sukuna's favor. RCT provides some high tiers of regeneration and dismantle&cleave are one hell of a technique to deal with. Domain expansion is obviously an auto one shot.

And realistically speaking a battle between them would go VERY similarly to what was shown here.

Dio's stand would kill Sukuna, they are punches at the speed of light and they are invisible to the naked eye, but Sukuna does have a chance, but overall in most scenarios Dio wins.

If dio wasn’t cocky all he could have done was stop time and destroy sukuna brain. The animation did show a good job on how the fight would have probably gone.
The error in this animation is Sukuna is not a stand user He shouldn’t be able to see Dio’s stand

I kinda figured it out a curse spirit can hit a stand because it's a fighting spirit so that means sukuna can harm and hit Dio's stand.

Eh, fair. Both should be around meteor level in power and ftl+, but Dio is much stronger and Sukuna has more versatility. Even with his stand, Dio can’t protect himself from everything. And eventually, one of Sukuna’s attacks will get through and kill him.
