You don't get any help from Dr! I experience so much anxiety and fatigue. Rash as of histamine. What should I do?

Dr, this feels like a wariness that can't be relieved by sleep, diet and exercise. I do all 3 things and feel more exhausted after exercise. It began to get worse after months of Proton Pump Inhibitor and H2 blocker use and the fall bringing less light and cold. Is it all Vitamin D ? For Seasonal affective disorder?
