There is no phone number to reach them if any issues either. I am trying to port my fax number out of there but no way to get any support. They just jack up the rate without warning.

Advertise "unlimited" but after just 400 pages they start to charge you 0.025 for each page. That adds up quickly. They then threaten to cancel your account within 6 days. Sounds like need to be reported to FTC.
