Pretty decent unit, the drawers that close slow is actually a feature called soft close drawers. It’s so you can slam them as hard as you want and still have it close smoothly.

Just bought the exact same lower cabinet (CMST22751BK) I agree with you the quality is pretty decent
but don’t care a lot for the casters however won’t be using them as I keep it in the house.

Neither one has the Grip Latch system. For Christ sake, why is it that tool boxes with Grip Latch are so hard to find? Then when you find them, they cost too much. It would not be so bad if other tool box manufactures had their own version of Grip latch instead of the stupid friction type or the slo mo closing mechanism which I hate. Not having Grip Latch is like not having disc brakes and having drum brakes instead. Who wants that?

Dont waste your money on this piece of trash. Harbor Freight has a much better box for about the same money.
