Karine Jean-Pierre snaps at reporter before storming out of press conference

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had a heated moment with a reporter before she stormed out of a press conference.

Jean-Pierre was questioned by Fox News reporter Peter Doocy over the White House’s decision to send money to Lebanon during hurricane season.

On Saturday, Vice President Kamala Harris pledged $US157 million of “additional assistance” to Lebanon.

Doocy questioned why US President Joe Biden’s Administration solicited input from Congress before sending relief funds to North Carolina.

The Biden Administration, however, did not solicit congressional input when sending money to a foreign country.

Doocy’s question sparked a heated exchange between the two before Jean-Pierre stormed out of Monday’s press conference.
